Topdealwinner grew out of a single meeting room in Liberty Village back in 2013 and moved into Exchange Tower when the building opened. We are still small on purpose. The team on the floor today is eleven people, and most of them have been here longer than the coffee machine we replaced last year. When you call, the voice on the other end has almost certainly walked the suite you're asking about.
We resisted the temptation to become everything to everyones. Topdealwinner runs one suite and one events floor, and we put all of our attention into those two products instead of spreading it thin across a long list of services nobody asked for.

The penthouse was rebuilt in 2023 by a local Toronto studio with a brief that fit on a single page. The brief said quiet. It said no clutter. It said a kitchen you'd actually cook in and a bathroom you wouldn't want to leave. Nine years of casino hotel experience taught us exactly which complaints to take seriously and which to file under mood.
Three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, private lift access straight into the entry gallery and a wraparound terrace that gets the afternoon sun without the wind. A dedicated butler who knows when to disappear. A chef's kitchen restocked with Ontario produce on arrival. That is the whole proposition, and it has held up better than anything else we have tried.
We stripped level three back to the studs in 2022 with one goal in mind: remove every reason a meeting runs over. Walls rated to STC 55, lighting presets you can switch with a single button, and a support team that stays out of the room until you press the call button. The coffee machine is a Linea PB, and casino environment standards mean it gets cleaned three times a day whether or not it has been used.
Corporate accounts make up most of our rebookings, and the reason is usually the same: nothing ever surprises them. Rooms are reset between formats in forty minutes. Hot food arrives within six minutes of the scheduled break. Invoices land within twenty-four hours. Boring, in the best possible sense, which is exactly what an events floor should be.

The building has its own secure basement parking and is on the same block as the PATH retail concourse, so you are never more than a few minutes from coffee, food or a pharmacy.
Guest check-in for the penthouse happens in the ground-floor lobby at the Topdealwinner reception desk. Corporate event delegates go straight to level three. If you are arriving after hours, call the reservations line and a member of the team will meet you at the entrance.
